with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 4, by replacing lines 8 through 10 with "real
estate transaction with a person or to discriminate in making
available such a transaction"; and
on page 14, lines 2 and 3, by replacing "otherwise required by"
with "in compliance with".
