AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1813
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1813 on page 5,
line 1, by changing "accounts" to "account"; and
on page 6, line 17, by inserting after the period the
following:
"The remuneration expense shall be disclosed on an annual basis
to the membership in the financial statement that is part of
the annual membership meeting materials. The disclosure shall
contain: (i) the amount paid to each director and (ii) the
amount paid to the directors as a group."; and
on page 13, by deleting lines 21 through 26.
