AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1812 as follows:
on page 2, line 8, after "claim", by inserting ", except for
claims that are covered by Class 1 and Class 2 insurers,"; and
on page 2, line 8, after "days", by inserting "from the date
the claim was filed".
