AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 1441
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 1441 as follows:
on page 39, line 22, after "service", by inserting "per tow
vehicle on the scene and up to a maximum of 2 tow vehicles";
and
on page 39, by replacing lines 24 through 26 with "which a
receipt shall be given;".
