AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 921, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 2, on page 1, line 13, by replacing "6" with "3"; and
on page 2, by replacing line 16 with the following:
"Emergency Operation Plan and local emergency plans."; and
on page 4, line 15, after "Operation Plan", by inserting "and
local emergency plans"; and
on page 5, by replacing line 6 with the following:
"plans or updating existing State and local emergency plans.".
