AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 774 on page 18, by
replacing lines 9 and 10 with the following:
""Department" means the Department of Public Health."; and
on page 18, line 21, after "aides", by inserting "in
collaboration with the Department of Healthcare and Family
Services"; and
