AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 481
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 481, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 1, line 5, after "15", by inserting "and adding
Section 52"; and
on page 2, immediately below line 18, by inserting the
following:
"(20 ILCS 3475/52 new)
Sec. 52. Examinations and audit reports. The Auditor
General shall conduct a bi-annual financial audit, as defined
in Section 1-13.5 of the Illinois State Auditing Act, of the
Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation in accordance
with generally accepted government auditing standards. The
Auditor General shall report the results of each financial
audit to the General Assembly.".
