| 1 | AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 467

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 467 as follows:

| 3 | on page 4, by replacing lines 19 through 25 with "insured. | ||||||
| 4 | Prior to the implementation of the program, the Secretary shall | ||||||
| 5 | consider final statements and recommendations of the Uninsured | ||||||
| 6 | Motorist Verification Advisory Committee regarding alternative | ||||||
| 7 | verification programs, including, but not limited to, | ||||||
| 8 | formatting of a verification system."; and

| 9 | by deleting pages 5 and 6; and
| ||||||
| 10 | on page 7, by deleting lines 1 through 19.
