AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 414
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 414as follows:
on page 1, by replacing line 18 with "shelter, or health care
appropriate to the age of"; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 1 through 4 with "health care if
the person can show one or more of the following: the treatment
would conflict with a sincerely held religious belief, that the
person is seeking a second opinion for medical treatment, or
seeking an alternative treatment for non-emergency, non-life
threatening situations. These exceptions do not in any manner
restrict the right of an".
