AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 318, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 39, by deleting lines 12 through 15; and
on page 39, line 16, by replacing "(3)" with "(2)"; and
on page 45, line 1, after "Section 17-127," by inserting
"together with the proceeds of the tax levied by the Board of
Education under the changes made to Section 34-53 of the School
Code by this amendatory Act of the 99th General Assembly,".
