with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 1, on page 2, lines 23 through 24, by deleting "If the
Attorney General concludes that a person is violating this
Act,"; and
on page 2, line 24, by replacing "the" with "The"; and
on page 3, line 6, by deleting "knowingly"; and
on page 5, by deleting lines 1 through 18; and
on page 5, line 19, by deleting "violation of this Section.".
