| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 241 by replacing | ||||||
| 3 | lines 15 through 21 on page 4 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(g) This Section does not apply to animal testing | ||||||
| 5 | conducted on an ingredient or cosmetic in its final form if the | ||||||
| 6 | testing took place prior to the effective date of this | ||||||
| 7 | amendatory Act of the 101st General Assembly.".
