AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 147
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 147 on page 2, by
replacing lines 3 and 4 with the following:
"minor under the age of 16 years, except that no trust account
need be established when the duration of the child performer's
employment with the employer ends fewer than 15 days after the
employment begins. The person authorized to issue employment
certificates shall issue a temporary employment"; and
on page 2, line 7, by changing "services." to "services. No
more than one temporary employment certificate may be issued
for each child performer employed by the employer. The
Department of Labor shall prescribe the form in which temporary
employment certificates shall be issued and shall make the
forms available on its website."; and
on page 2, lines 10 and 11, by deleting ", or greater amount as
determined by rule,"; and

on page 3, by replacing lines 19 through 22 with the following:
"(g) The Department of Labor may adopt rules to implement
this Section.".
