| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 117 on page 6, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 17 through 21 with the following:

| 4 | "Section 20. Infrastructure Development Fund. The | ||||||
| 5 | Infrastructure Development Fund is created as a | ||||||
| 6 | non-appropriated trust fund within the State Treasury, which | ||||||
| 7 | may receive a portion of earnings from the Infrastructure | ||||||
| 8 | Development Account and may be used by the State Treasurer to | ||||||
| 9 | pay expenses related to this Act.".
