| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend House Resolution 28 on page 3, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 5 through 10 with the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "RESOLVED, That we urge the State Board of Education to | ||||||
| 5 | support our young people by fully funding quality neighborhood | ||||||
| 6 | schools, which should include mentoring programs, | ||||||
| 7 | state-of-the-art library media centers, rigorous science, | ||||||
| 8 | literature, social sciences and math, youth guidance programs, | ||||||
| 9 | smaller class sizes, music, drama, visual arts, world | ||||||
| 10 | languages, and athletics; and be it further
