AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5721
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5721, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, as follows:
on page 5, by replacing lines 22 and 23 with the following:
"(k) On or before December 1, 2018, the Board shall adopt a
policy to address under-enrolled schools. The policy must
contain a list of potential interventions to address schools
with declining enrollment, including, but not limited to,
action by the district to:"; and
on page 6, line 2, by replacing "redo" with "redraft"; and
on page 13, line 18, after "11-30-12.)", by inserting the
following:
"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
