AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5721
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5721 as follows:
on page 2, by replacing lines 10 and 11 with the following:
"overcrowding; new school turnaround; or phase-out."; and
on page 8, line 22, after "do", by inserting "at least one of";
and
on page 8, line 25, after "(ii)", by inserting "except for a
charter school,"; and
on page 9, line 3, by replacing "and" with "or".
