AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5553
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5553 as follows:
on page 5, immediately below line 2, by inserting the
following:
"(g) Blockchain usage is prohibited for the casting,
counting, or aggregating of votes in the conducting of any and
all public elections. Unless otherwise prohibited, blockchain
may be used in the management of other election-related
records.".
