AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5552
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5552 on page 303,
by inserting after line 16 the following:
"Section 90. "An Act concerning education", House Bill
3772 of the 104th General Assembly, is amended, if and only if
that bill becomes law, by changing Section 99 as follows:
(H.B. 3772, 104th G.A., Sec. 99)
Sec. 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon
becoming law, except that the provisions changing Section
10-22.6 of the School Code and Section 15-30 of the Department
of Early Childhood Act take effect July 1, 2028 2027.
