| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5474 on page 39, | ||||||
| 3 | line 6, by replacing "quarterly" with "monthly quarterly"; and

| 4 | on page 39, line 14, by inserting after "voting." the | ||||||
| 5 | following: | ||||||
| 6 | "The chairperson, at his or her discretion, may convene an | ||||||
| 7 | electronic meeting of the entire Board. If the entire Board | ||||||
| 8 | meets electronically, members
participating electronically | ||||||
| 9 | shall be deemed present for
purposes of establishing a quorum | ||||||
| 10 | and voting.".
