AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5348, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.
2, on page 19, line 4, by replacing "subsection (d)" with
"paragraphs (2) and (3) of subsection (b)"; and
on page 19, line 9, by replacing "subsection (d)" with
"subsection (c)"; and
on page 20, line 6, after "qualified staff", by inserting "as
specified in subparagraph (A)"; and
on page 20, line 9, by removing "as specified in paragraph
(1)"; and
