AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5335
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5335 on page 1, line
10, by replacing "shall" with "may"; and
on page 1, by replacing line 12 with the following:
"the Department by cryptocurrency. If the Department accepts
payments in this manner, then the Department shall convert";
and
on page 1, line 15, after "amount.", by inserting "Nothing in
this Section shall be construed to require any unit of local
government to accept or receive payments by cryptocurrency.".
