| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5164 on page 5, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 22, by inserting: | ||||||
| 4 | "(c) If a court grants a motion to impound the file under | ||||||
| 5 | this Section, it is still required under subsection (d) of | ||||||
| 6 | Section 21-101 that the name change be reported to the | ||||||
| 7 | Illinois State Police, and the Illinois State Police must | ||||||
| 8 | update any criminal history transcript or offender | ||||||
| 9 | registration for each person 18 years of age or older to | ||||||
| 10 | include the change of name as well as the person's former | ||||||
| 11 | name."; and
| ||||||
| 12 | on page 5, immediately below line 25, by inserting the | ||||||
| 13 | following:
