AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5039
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5039 as follows:
on page 4, line 19, by deleting "and"; and
on page 4, line 21, by replacing "Act." with "Act; and"; and
on page 4, immediately below line 21, by inserting the
following:
"(6) clinical professional counselors licensed under
the Professional Counselor and Clinical Professional
Counselor Licensing and Practice Act.".
