| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5015

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5015 on page 2, line | ||||||
| 3 | 15, after the period, by inserting "The Department shall not be | ||||||
| 4 | liable for civil damages arising from a volunteer operating his | ||||||
| 5 | or her own light equipment in carrying out functions granted by | ||||||
| 6 | the Department, except for willful or wanton misconduct on the | ||||||
| 7 | part of the Department."; and

| 8 | on page 4, line 14, after the period, by inserting "The | ||||||
| 9 | Department shall not be liable for civil damages arising from a | ||||||
