| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4943 on page 7, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 2, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(e-5) The Task Force is a public body with statewide | ||||||
| 5 | jurisdiction and is subject to subsection (d) of Section 7 of | ||||||
| 6 | the Open Meetings Act. The Task Force may conduct meetings by | ||||||
| 7 | audio or video conference in accordance with procedural rules | ||||||
| 8 | adopted by the Task Force.". | ||||||
