AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4898
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4898 on page 10, by
replacing lines 16 through 19 with the following:
"(i-5) This Section applies only to a natural gas utility
that, on and after the effective date of this amendatory Act of
the 100th General Assembly: (1) serves more than 1,000,000
customers or (2) is a combination utility as defined in Section
16-108.5.".
