| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4896 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4896 as follows: | ||||||
| 3 | on page 1, line 13, by deleting "to be"; and | ||||||
| 4 | on page 2, line 2, by deleting "and"; and | ||||||
| 5 | by replacing lines 14 through 18 on page 2 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "or any claim related to the lands or tenements; and | ||||||
| 7 | (3) the requirements of subsection (b) are satisfied | ||||||
| 8 | and no objection is made by a person or persons with a bona | ||||||
| 9 | fide ownership interest in the subject lands or tenements | ||||||
| 10 | as tenants in common as set forth under subsection (c).". | ||||||
