AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4769
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4769, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 2, on page 5, line 3, after "nurse,", by inserting
"speech-language pathologist, audiologist,"; and
on page 7, immediately below line 20, by inserting the
following:
"(e) No licensed behavior analyst or licensed assistant
behavior analyst shall engage in the practice of
speech-language pathology or the practice of audiology, as
defined in the Illinois Speech-Language Pathology and
Audiology Practice Act, unless licensed to do so under that
Act.".
