AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4762
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4762 on page 1, by
replacing lines 4 and 5 with the following:
"Section 1. This Act may be referred to as the
Comprehensive Licensing Information to Minimize Barriers
Act."; and
on page 36, immediately below line 16, by inserting the
following:
"Failure to obtain a certificate of relief from
disabilities shall not be the sole reason for denial of a
license specified in this subsection."; and
on page 38, immediately below line 12, by inserting the
following:
"Section 95. Report. Nothing in this Act shall be

construed to eliminate the reporting requirements pursuant to
Section 2105-205 of the Department of Professional Regulation
Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois.".
