by deleting line 12 on page 2 through line 1 on page 3; and
on page 3, line 2, by replacing "(h)" with "(e)"; and
on page 3, line 5, by replacing "(i)" with "(f)"; and
on page 3, line 8, by replacing "(j)" with "(g)"; and
on page 3, line 12, by replacing "(k)" with "(h)"; and
on page 3, line 16, by replacing "(l)" with "(i)".
