AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4677
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4677 on page 6, by
replacing lines 4 through 8 with the following: "of the
Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act; (h-8) made for
payments of principal and interest on bonds issued under
Section 9.6a of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
Act to make contributions to the pension fund established
under Article 13 of the Illinois Pension Code; (i) made for
payments of"; and
on page 6, line 14, by replacing "subsection (h)" with
"subsections subsection (h) and (h-8)"; and
on page 20, lines 7 and 8, by deleting "until the end of fiscal
year 2031"; and
by deleting line 21 on page 20 through line 2 on page 21; and

on page 21, line 16, by replacing "Fund." with "Fund, except
for the amount of revenue to be retained by the District and
used to pay principal and interest on bonds issued for the sole
purpose of making contributions to the Fund as set forth in
Section 9.6a of the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District
Act."; and
on page 24, line 12, by replacing "in the principal amount of"
with "in a principal amount not to exceed"; and
on page 24, line 16, by replacing "subsection" with
"paragraph".
