| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4524 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4524 on page 5, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 2, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "(c-5) When a child care institution, maternity center, or | ||||||
| 5 | group home licensed by the Department undergoes a change in | ||||||
| 6 | (i) the age of children served or (ii) the area within the | ||||||
| 7 | facility used by children, the Department shall post | ||||||
| 8 | information regarding proposed changes on its website as | ||||||
| 9 | required by rule."; and
