| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4471 | ||||||
| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4471, AS AMENDED, | ||||||
| 3 | by replacing paragraph (11) of subsection (a) of Section 20 | ||||||
| 4 | with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "(11) Qualified law enforcement officers and qualified | ||||||
| 6 | retired law enforcement officers, as defined in the Law | ||||||
| 7 | Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (18 U.S.C. 926B | ||||||
| 8 | and 926C), and as recognized under Illinois law."; and | ||||||
| 9 | by deleting Section 90. | ||||||
