AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4379
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4379 on page 3, by
replacing lines 19 through 25 with the following:
"under this Act;
(5) one building or structure, not including an
athletic stadium, that is located in a place of education
designed to educate 1,500 students or more during a
semester; the owner or operator of that place of education
or the owner's or operator's agent may designate the
building or structure that is located in that place of
education as the public building under this Act; or
(6) any of the following: (i) an airport terminal;
(ii) a bus station; (iii) a hospital; (iv) a
hospital-related outpatient clinic; or (v) a
rehabilitation facility.".
