| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4296

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4296 on page 4, | ||||||
| 3 | lines 3 and 4, by deleting ", forest preserve district,"; and
| ||||||
| 4 | on page 4, by replacing lines 8 through 20 with the following: | ||||||
| 5 | "(14) Any adventure course or zipline, aquatic center, | ||||||
| 6 | campground, equestrian center, nature center grounds, | ||||||
| 7 | picnic grove, playground, sledding hill, sledding hill | ||||||
| 8 | grounds, and any parking area of any of the aforementioned | ||||||
| 9 | under the control of the Cook County Forest Preserve | ||||||
| 10 | District, and any public or private gathering or special | ||||||
| 11 | event conducted on property that requires the issuance of | ||||||
| 12 | a permit by real property under the control of the Cook | ||||||
| 13 | County Forest Preserve District.".
