| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4259

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4259 on page 1, line | ||||||
| 3 | 20, by changing "2019" to "2020"; and
| ||||||
| 4 | on page 2, by inserting immediately below line 10 the | ||||||
| 5 | following:
| ||||||
| 6 | "If a vehicle issued a registration under this subsection | ||||||
| 7 | is subject to an annual surcharge under Section 3-806 or 3-815, | ||||||
| 8 | the Secretary shall collect the surcharge for each registration | ||||||
| 9 | year of the multi-year registration at the same time the | ||||||
| 10 | Secretary collects the one-time registration fee."; and
| ||||||
| 11 | on page 2, line 11, by changing "2019" to "2020".
