| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4255 on page 1, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 6 through line 11 with the following:

| 4 | "(215 ILCS 5/143.35 new) | ||||||
| 5 | Sec. 143.35. Fidelity bonds for individuals. An insurer | ||||||
| 6 | that offers fidelity bonds may not be required to offer them to | ||||||
| 7 | any individual. An insurer that offers fidelity bonds may set | ||||||
| 8 | the scope of the bond, including the amount of the bond and the | ||||||
| 9 | acts covered.".
