AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3849
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3849 on page 3, by
replacing lines 18 through 24 with the following:
"(4) a person who is listed on the Health Care Worker
Registry maintained by the Illinois Department of Public
Health as ineligible to work;
(5) an individual who is the subject of a civil or
criminal order prohibiting contact with the principal;
and".
