AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3753
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3753 on page 8, line
13, after "means", by inserting ", for motor vehicles as
defined in Section 1-146 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, trailers
as defined in Section 1-209 of the Illinois Vehicle Code,
semitrailers as defined in Section 1-187 of the Illinois
Vehicle Code, and pole trailers as defined in Section 1-161 of
the Illinois Vehicle Code,"; and
on page 16, line 22, after "means", by inserting the following:
", for motor vehicles as defined in Section 1-146 of the
Illinois Vehicle Code, trailers as defined in Section 1-209 of
the Illinois Vehicle Code, semitrailers as defined in Section
1-187 of the Illinois Vehicle Code, and pole trailers as
defined in Section 1-161 of the Illinois Vehicle Code,"; and
on page 25, line 4, after "means", by inserting the following:
