| 1 | AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3749

| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3749 on page 7, by | ||||||
| 3 | replacing lines 2 through 5 with the following:

| 4 | "(9) to require an employee or an applicant for an | ||||||
| 5 | employment position to possess a driver's license for the | ||||||
| 6 | purpose of job placement or testing, unless a driver's | ||||||
| 7 | license is required in order to perform the essential | ||||||
| 8 | functions of the job or testing. Any State-issued | ||||||
| 9 | identification card shall be sufficient for such | ||||||
| 10 | purposes.".
