AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3743 as follows:
on page 32, lines 21 and 22, by replacing "licensed and
certified therapeutic optometrist" with "or a licensed and
certified therapeutic optometrist"; and
on page 51, line 24, by replacing "(e)" with "(g)".
