AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3620 on page 2, by
inserting immediately below line 3 the following:
"(e) This Section applies only to the 12th, 16th, 18th,
19th, and 22nd judicial circuits and the judicial circuit of
Cook County.".
