AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3595 on page 2, by
replacing lines 6 through 8 with the following:
"(e) Any person licensed as an insurance producer with a
personal line of authority or with both property and casualty
lines of authority is authorized to sell, solicit, and
negotiate pet insurance.".
