2, on page 6, line 1, after "include", by inserting "(i)"; and
on page 6, line 2, after "or", by inserting "(ii)"; and
on page 6, line 20, by replacing "a" with "any"; and
on page 6, line 20, by deleting "that term is"; and
on page 26, line 3, by replacing "(j)" with "(k)".
