| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3197 on page 3, | ||||||
| 3 | immediately below line 17, by inserting the following:

| 4 | "(Q) A statewide association of local | ||||||
| 5 | philanthropic organizations that advocates for | ||||||
| 6 | effective educational, health, and human service | ||||||
| 7 | policies to improve this State's communities.
| ||||||
| 8 | (R) A statewide organization that advocates for | ||||||
| 9 | partnerships among schools, families, and the | ||||||
| 10 | community that provide access to support and remove | ||||||
| 11 | barriers to learning and development, using schools as | ||||||
| 12 | hubs.".
