AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3141
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3141 on page 2, by
replacing lines 11 through 15 with the following:
"(b) is for the township supervisor, a trustee shall be
appointed as deputy supervisor to perform the ministerial
functions of that office until the vacancy is filled under
subsections (a) or (b). Once the vacancy is filled under
subsections (a) or (b), the deputy supervisor's appointment is
terminated."; and
on page 2, by replacing lines 22 through 25 with "subsection
(a) or (b). If the office is temporarily vacant, the
temporarily appointed deputy may"; and
on page 3, line 1, by changing "physically incapacitated" to
"physically incapacitated"; and

on page 3, by replacing line 3 with "physically able to resume
perform his or her duties duty. The statement shall".
