AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3136
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3136, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment
No. 2, on page 50, by replacing line 9 through line 22 with the
following:
"(d) From time to time, the Board shall transfer the
remainder of the funds generated by this Act into the
Education Assistance Fund, created by Public Act 86-0018, of
the State of Illinois."; and
on page 81, line 2, by replacing "Section" with "Act"; and
on page 85, line 20, by replacing "county" with
"municipality".
