AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3113, AS AMENDED,
with reference to page and line numbers of Senate Amendment No.
1, on page 2, line 1, after "codes.", by inserting "The
provisions of this Section do not apply to the extent such
coverage would disqualify a high-deductible health plan from
eligibility for a health savings account pursuant to 26 U.S.C.
223.".
