AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 3013
AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3013 on page 1,
line 5, after "changing", by inserting "the heading of
Division 150 of Article 11 and"; and
on page 1, immediately below line 5, by inserting the
following:
"(65 ILCS 5/Art. 11 Div. 150 heading)
DIVISION 150. WATERWORKS AND SEWERAGE
CHARGES AND BILLING CONNECTION CHARGE "; and
on page 2, lines 23 and 24, by replacing "the effective date of
this amendatory Act of the 102nd General Assembly" with
"January 1, 2022"; and
on page 3, by replacing lines 6 and 7 with the following:

"Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect January
1, 2022.".
